The Google Maps Directions to El Torcal from Finca Las Nuevas is a route you don’t want to follow. Unless you want to drive up through river beds and steep curves, with your navigation failing. Read below which route is more convenient.
Directions to El Torcal via the unpaved, good-to-ride road;
Drive towards the church (Ermita de las Cruces), just before the church turn left at the sign for Almogía. Keep going straight on, you’ll pass a bunch of cork oaks. The road becomes paved as you pass some houses and a red Dutch bike is on the left. At the t-junction with the main road, turn left. You drive through 2 villages and from there follow signs to El Torcal. At El Torcal, you can usually drive all the way up and park there. It can be crowded on weekends, so the way up is closed. You can then park downstairs and take the shuttle bus to the top. 
Directions to El Torcal via the paved road;
At the driveway of Finca Las Nuevas, go straight ahead. Turn right at the first road. This is just before the S-curve. At the end, turn right. The dirt road turns into a paved road. At the junction with the main road turn right towards Valle de Abdalajis (A343). From there straight on and eventually follows sign El Torcal.
Directions to El Torcal by motorway
If you prefer not to take too much of a shortcut. Then drive to Cártama and take the A357 towards Málaga, then the A7 towards Almeria. Follow this motorway for 10 km and then take the exit for the A45 Córdoba/Granada. Take the Casaermeja exit and follow the signs towards El Torcal. Have fun!
